Purpose

The Complaint Policy is intended to ensure Creating Alternative participants, families, donors and stakeholders have clear, consistent access to a complaints process that ensures their voice is heard and to identify system issues. It is in the interest of all parties that complaints be dealt with and resolved promptly, and the review of complaints is fair, impartial and respectful to all parties concerned.
