Today, we celebrated a true accomplishment for Creating Alternatives after receiving the Resilient Communities Fund grant from the provincial government’s Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF)! Awarded in 2023, the grant enabled Creating Alternatives to buy 1 new, and 1 new fully accessible vehicle to help expand its Community Connections program.
Today, with some special individuals from our community, we celebrated the accomplishment by sharing its incredible impact on the organization and our supported individuals.
