Creating Alternatives is providing support that is unique to you by offering 1:1 support both in-home and in your community. We know people have unique goals and interests and we want to help you achieve them!
You can use this support to:
- Assist with Self-Care Needs (morning routine, showering, etc.)
- Learn New Skills (homemaking, cooking, crafts, hobbies, etc.)
- Participate in Local Recreation Activities
- Build and Develop Friendships
- Find and Keep Employment
